Normally when the words “fecal spots” and “hotel sheets” appear in the same sentence, they’re part of an evening news voiceover and there’s footage of a weather girl (sorry, “investigative reporter”) as she squeegees a Motel 6 bed with a black light. You really should check your borrowed sheets for unsightly skidmarks before hopping on in, but the fecal spots we’re talking about in this infographic are from a different, much tinier rear end — a bed bug’s.
Did you know that you can detect these pests in hotels (and at home) by the presence of their poo piles? We sure as hell didn’t. So take heed of this advice from Moxie Pest Control and learn how to check your hotel room for bed bugs, because the only thing worse than waking up covered in bug bites is waking up covered in bug bites and piles of crap.
