CMJ Music Marathon: Cheap Eats for the Concert Goer

CMJ Music Marathon: Cheap Eats for the Concert Goer

Fall being here means the leaves are changing, warm sweaters, and pumpkin spice is invading every aspect of your food life. What it also means is that CMJ Music Marathon is finally here. CMJ Music Marathon hits New York City every fall with over 1,300 artist performances at more than 80 venues throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. As if seeing all those performers wasn’t enough, there’s hundreds of panels, Q&As, meet and greets, and special events. There’s events specifically college students, like College Day and the College Radio Roundtables where students can talk to respected members in the radio community, small group style. While the festival takes place all over the city, their daytime programming is headquartered at NYU’s campus in Greenwich Village.  This year the festival is from October 15-19, and marks the festival’s 33rd year. Going from venue to venue is going to make any attendee hungry, so here are places you can grab a quick bite to eat while attending the festival.
